To promote energy efficiency in office buildings, the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Department (EECD), under the supervision of the Directorate of Industrial Collaboration, Ministry of Industry, is offering the energy management basic training at the Union Minister offices in Nay Pyi Taw. The energy management basic training was given at the Ministry of Planning and Finance from 18 to 20 2025.

There were 20 participants from the Ministry of Planning and Finance's office (34) training center, according to reports, and the training was given by Director Daw Naing Naing Linn.
